We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, products must be unopened to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Yes, every Toniebox purchased through our official Canada store comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This ensures your little ones can enjoy their stories with peace of mind.
